When Dr. Jürgen Erkmann founded iFD GmbH in September 1990, as a spin-off from TU Chemnitz, he did not suspect that 30 years later, he would be looking back on an exciting history and an even more exciting future with over 120 employees and 6 locations worldwide. Since then, iFD GmbH has been a reliable full-service provider in the field of intralogistics. Since the company's founding, more than 300 projects have been implemented across industries in the areas of warehouse management, material flow control, transport management, and simulation. Through its own research and development department and close cooperation with universities and colleges, the products of iFD GmbH are constantly being further developed and thus achieve their highly innovative character. This year, iFD GmbH is celebrating its 30th anniversary and cordially invites employees, customers, and business partners to join the celebration.
