A leading food manufacturer is currently modernising its automated cold store at a site in the Netherlands, relying on our latest software solution, WarehousePilot 7.0. The company has been in business since the 1990s; it started out as a family business and now produces frozen baked goods on highly automated production lines with several hundred employees.

The new warehouse management system has now been in live operation at our client Zurbrüggen Wohnzentrum GmbH for a year – and the results could hardly have been more positive. Following a smooth implementation, the solution has been running stably without any issues ever since. The system has proven its worth particularly during periods of high demand.

Adrian Klöpfer will take over as Commercial Director of iFD GmbH on 1 January 2025. His experience will bring a breath of fresh air to the company. At the same time, Dr Jürgen Erkmann will continue to serve as a consultant and will be responsible for corporate development.
