A new look in our anniversary year

From 2020, iFD will welcome you with a new corporate identity and an optimised online presence.

When Dr Jürgen Erkmann founded iFD GmbH in September 1990 as a spin-off from Chemnitz University of Technology, he had no idea that 30 years later, with over 120 employees and six locations worldwide, he would be looking back on an exciting history and forward to an even more exciting future.

Since then, iFD GmbH has been a reliable full-service provider in the field of intralogistics. Since the company was founded, over 300 cross-sector projects have been implemented in the areas of warehouse management, material flow control, transport management and simulation. Thanks to its own research and development department and close cooperation with universities and colleges, iFD GmbH’s products are constantly being further developed, thereby achieving their highly innovative character.

iFD is not only becoming “bolder and more colourful”, but is also showing its customers and partners where it sees itself as a team – at the forefront, at the top.
