At Berrang SE, a material flow control system including warehouse management function (MFCS) for a 3-aisle automatic small parts warehouse and 4-aisle automatic high-bay warehouse, for the pallet and container conveyor technology and an electric floor conveyor with 20 vehicles, which can transport both a pallet and a 4th Can transport storage containers introduced. The MFCS implements the sequence-accurate delivery of the containers and pallets to the 6 picking stations and a dynamic order control with minimization of the return storage of source pallets when required by several customer orders.
