MFCS including central visualisation for 5-aisle automated high bay warehouse (one aisle double-deep), including cantilever racks, pallet conveyor technology and electric ground conveyor as a connecting component between high bay warehouse and goods-to-man/packing stations. The iFD software controls the high-bay warehouse management, the disposition of 15 electric ground conveyor vehicles, the sequential delivery of the pallets to the goods-to-man workstations and the processing of the picking process, including the provision of empties. The iFD software also manages a single-aisle oversized pallet storage with forklift goods-to-man picking, outgoing goods buffer storage and a manual external warehouse.
