Hartmann Transport & Logistics Ltd.

Hartmann Spedition & Logistik AG has decided to equip its client warehouses in Muggensturm and Bietigheim with new warehouse management software. To achieve this, it has commissioned iFD GmbH to provide a warehouse management system (WMS).

The aim of this collaboration was to significantly increase the efficiency and performance of warehouse processes. The introduction of the WMS enabled optimised management of goods and inventories as well as improved tracking and control of warehouse movements. Particular focus was placed on the Muggensturm and Bietigheim locations in order to implement a tailor-made solution that meets the specific requirements and conditions of these locations.

Communication between the WMS and the HOST system takes place via a file interface to ensure smooth data transfer and integration. This integration is crucial for a seamless flow of information between the various systems and contributes significantly to increasing the efficiency of warehouse processes.

With this strategic decision and the partnership with iFD GmbH, Hartmann Spedition [&] Logistik AG aims to take its warehouse logistics to a new level and thus secure long-term competitive advantages.
