At Lear, a forklift guidance system was implemented to optimise route picking for the high-bay area. The forklift guidance system controls 17 forklifts in a capacity-optimised manner. The supply of the production stations can be prioritised. An interface to the customer's own ERP system is part of the forklift guidance system.
