Complex warehouse management system for 35 halls covering 250,000 m² with around 300 users and integrated material flow control for pallet conveyor technology, an EBB, an 8-aisle high-bay pallet warehouse and a 1-aisle small parts warehouse.

The LVSS has interfaces to two ERP systems. Its range of functions includes a forklift guidance system for all plant logistics between the warehouses (cross-warehouse transport with forklifts and conveyor technology), including production supply and disposal, goods receipt processing including quality inspection, cross-departmental picking using picking chains and picking cost classes, the management of twelve packing stations taking into account packing regulations, shipment formation, and the recording and management of parcel deliveries including receipt confirmation in the LVSS.
