Implementation of a forklift guidance system for the global control of the forklift fleet, consisting of 16 forklifts. The forklift guidance system is used from the point of goods receipt and coordinates all transport orders, from the storage of goods to production supply. In addition, the system has integrated storage location management and handles warehouse management for several rack warehouses, block warehouses and channel warehouses. The use of the system has resulted in significant process improvements and a considerable reduction in empty runs.
