MFCS incl. central visualisation for 5-aisle automated high bay warehouse (one aisle double-deep), incl. cantilever racks, pallet conveyor technology and electric ground conveyor as a connecting component between high bay warehouse and goods to man/packing stations. The iFD software controls the high bay warehouse management, the disposition of 15 electric ground conveyor vehicles, the sequential delivery of the pallets to thegoods to man workstations and the processing of the picking process, including the empties providing. The iFD software also manages a single-aisle oversized pallet storage with forklift goods-to-man picking, outgoing goods buffer storage and a manual external warehouse.
