Does iFD operate internationally?

Yes, iFD GmbH operates worldwide and offers global support. We have realized successful projects in America, Asia, Africa and throughout the DACH region.

Why do I need warehouse management?

A warehouse management system (WMS) is crucial for efficient inventory management, reducing costs and increasing productivity. It helps to meet compliance requirements and improves customer satisfaction through faster delivery times and reduced error rates. In addition, modern WMS provide real-time information for informed decisions.

Do you also supply hardware?

Yes, we also offer hardware components, including mobile data terminals (MDEs), smartphones, complex cluster systems, access points, and forklift terminals.

How do you manage the project and meet deadlines?

A specific project manager is available to the customer right from the start. We plan deadlines and milestones together and coordinate the internal development teams. Regular reporting to the customer ensures that all deadlines are met.

Can I introduce an ERP and a WMS at the same time?

The simultaneous implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Warehouse Management System (WMS) can be an effective strategy to increase operational efficiency and improve integration between different business processes.
